Contribute to the development of a RAFT strategic communications and outreach workplan and agreement on a mechanism for on-going coordination, communication/ interactions.
Current update on the Learning Networks (issues folks are facing and ideas to overcome them and achieve targets)
Discuss next steps after RAFT
