SJM PT Pangkar Beggili - forest nursery This 30,195 ha West Kalimantan concession is typical of the new concession picture that is evolving out of the Ministry of Forests trend towards smaller concessions.  The need to amortize huge initial investments against a relatively small production capacity presents a major challenge for the concept of sustainable forest management.  Never-the-less, this new concession has requested assistance in achieving legality verification and meeting the TFF standard for RIL.

TFF has implemented the first tow RIL training module under the RAFT project.

Current Status
To ensure successful uptake of RIL methods, TFF proposes the delivery of all three training modules in 2012.
