In June, 2007, a delegation of Indonesian MoF officials visited the TFF (Fundacao Floresta Tropical) forest training camp located on private forest lands belonging to Cikel at Fazenda Cauasci, about 20 km southwest of Paragominas in the Brazilian state of Para.

The Indonesian delegation included :

1.		Dr. Boen Mochtar Purnama - Secretary General of the Ministry of Forestry (Head of the Delegation)
2.		Dr. Elisa Ganda Togu Manurung - Advisor for the Minister of Forestry on Forestry Technology Development
3.		Mr. Basoeki Karya Atmadja - Head of Forestry Planning Centre
4.		Mr. Muhammad Awriya Ibrahim - Director of Protection and Forest Investigation
5.		Dr. Agus Sarsito - Director of Natural Forest Production Management
6.		Mr. Iman Santoso - Head of Social Economic and Forestry Policy Centre

The tour was sponsored by the World Bank – Indonesia on the invitation of the Brazilian Forest Service (SFB). The delegation received presentations by Johan Zweede, the FFT director, and the Cikel Company on who’s land the training site is located.

Field activities included a visit to RIL and conventional logging sites and to post harvest enrichment plantings, skidding, felling, and log deck operations.
